Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and appointment setting
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and phone communications
- Organize travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed
- Maintain records, files, and documents with high accuracy
- Coordinate meetings, take notes, and prepare meeting summaries
- Support in managing expenses, invoices, and other administrative duties
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and clients
