Requirements
- Master’s degree in nursing or related field if already holds a BSN degree. If currently pursuing a master’s degree, must obtain within 1 year of hire
- Current New York State Registered Nurse license
- Minimum of three years of clinical experience
- Demonstrated leadership competencies
Responsibilities
- Drive efficiency and compassion in the Pre and Post Surgical Unit
- Coordinate patient care throughout
- Mentor and motivate staff
- Partner closely with nursing team leaders on quality measures
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Perioperative Services
- Previous leadership experience
