Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing/engineering or software development.
  • Strong experience with performance testing solutions and application performance monitoring platforms.
  • Proficient in one or more programming languages: Java, C#, Python, or .NET.

Responsibilities

  • Lead performance testing efforts across Web, Windows, Mobile, API, and Services platforms, utilizing performance testing solutions.
  • Design and implement predictive workload models based on production data insights.
  • Perform in-depth system monitoring and root cause analysis across application stack layers using application performance monitoring tools.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, Architects, and Product Engineering to enhance system health, observability, and responsiveness through Site Reliability Engineering best practices.
  • Innovate in test automation and diagnostics, contributing to faster product delivery without compromising quality.
  • Engage in a dynamic, global team culture that emphasizes agility, innovation, and continuous learning.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with web protocols and technologies, including HTTP/HTML, Ajax, and .NET.
  • Experience in databases and message broker systems.
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines and Agile methodology.
  • Familiarity with code assistance tools and modern development environments.
  • Knowledge of organizational security policies related to managed cloud platforms.
  • Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Ability to lead and mentor others in performance testing best practices.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and self-development.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
