Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with planning, buying, and executing paid social media campaigns.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- Experience developing creative concepts and executing engaging campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and optimize key performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager (extra points for experience with Email marketing, Google Ads, or additional digital funnels).
- A collaborative mindset, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Set up, monitor, and optimize paid social media campaigns to meet client goals across multiple platforms.
- Analyze performance data daily, ensuring profitability while conducting weekly deep dives on results and trends.
- Stay current with social media and digital marketing best practices, leveraging insights to enhance campaigns.
- Communicate wins, challenges, and data insights effectively to clients and stakeholders, recommending future strategies.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers and other teams to align on strategies, creative assets, and targets.
- Partner with coaches to support creative strategies and ensure that campaigns reflect their brand voice and goals.
- Manage budgets for your portfolio, driving growth and efficiency while hitting performance targets.
