Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns
- Hands-on experience running campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn (other channels a bonus)
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of attribution, tracking, and experimentation
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Ability to write concise copy and collaborate closely with designers and landing page teams
- Take initiative and work autonomously from day one, prioritizing learning and contribution while leaving ego aside.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X, and emerging channels
- Own campaign planning, budget allocation, optimization, and reporting
- Collaborate with internal creative and product teams to build high-performing ad creative and landing experiences
- Test and iterate constantly to uncover insights, drive conversion, and lower CAC
- Build clear performance dashboards and communicate learnings across the company
- Stay up to date with platform changes, new ad formats, and industry best practices
