Requirements
- At least 5 years experience in the automotive industry, specifically with Sales/F&I expertise.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Elead CRM, Drive-FI, Esign, and Modern Retail
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience using CDK Drive in dealership environment.
- Prior retail CDK experience is required.
- At least 2 years experience with demonstrated success in retail automotive management.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) for best practices and key metrics that support one complete dealership workflow.
Responsibilities
- This is a field-based position that requires up to 90% annual travel, typically from Monday to Friday each week.
- Consult with executive-level management to evaluate business goals, dealership group strategies, and objectives for consulting visits. Assess dealership knowledge and their current level of process and product utilization.
- Work independently or collaborate with an Executive Coach to identify gaps in process workflows and develop solutions and best practices that enhance dealership efficiency, system utilization, margins, sales, productivity, and revenue.
- Provide solution training through one-on-one coaching, group coaching sessions, and presentations to dealership senior management. Training may include CDK product education, setup changes, business workflows, and best practices aligned with the implemented workflow and process improvements.
- Recommend additional CDK solutions to clients who are already CDK customers.
- Complete paperwork and action item trip reports within the designated timeframe.
- Recommend additional CDK solutions based on clients’ processes and business needs.
- Manage recurring contracts to ensure services are scheduled and provided in a timely manner.

- CDK eLead, Drive-FI, CDK Vehicle Inventory Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office products.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
