Requirements
- 3+ years experience working on a marketing team in a hyper growth technology company
- Hands-on experience with digital ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta)
- Data-driven marketer with spreadsheet navigation skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Develop paid marketing strategies supporting broader campaign objectives
- Forecast the projected impact of paid tactics
- Execute high-impact performance marketing campaigns across channels
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns to drive measurable results
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and refine campaigns
- Work with internal teams to track and report on key metrics
- Nurture prospective buyers through Top and Middle of Funnel campaigns
- Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation
- Analyze campaign performance regularly
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts
- Oversee campaign budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation
- Stay on top of the latest performance marketing trends
- Proactively identify opportunities for new digital marketing strategies
