Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver consistent advanced Labs to agencies to hone their expertise in Search Coverage, Performance Max, Automation, Shopping/Commerce, and DemandGen.
- Optimize alongside agencies, show advanced usage and progress on key metrics, and identify business development opportunities during office hours and regular meetings with agency team leaders.
- Partner with LCS teams and Sector Product Specialist teams on account alignment and best practices.
- Partner with Agency Sales Leads on QBRs and Joint Partnership Plans.
- Lead a 10-20% project that is scalable across the agency team and drives value for Google, its agencies and clients.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in media planning and buying (e.g., search, mobile).
- Experience working with or for digital/search/performance companies or agencies.
- Experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
- Experience presenting to large audiences, and excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of search products including Search Coverage, Performance Max, Automation, and Shopping/Commerce.
- Ability to travel 25 – 40% of the time (within the U.S.).
