Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Healthcare IT role
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft
  • HS Diploma / GED

Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and maintain designated modules within the Oracle PeopleSoft ERP system (e.g., HR, Payroll, Benefits, GL, AP, AR, Campus Solutions)
  • Collaborate with various business departments (HR, Finance, Payroll, Student Affairs, etc.) to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate needs into system solutions
  • Provide expert-level support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for PeopleSoft users, addressing functional and technical challenges
  • Manage system security, user access, and role configurations within PeopleSoft
  • Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of PeopleSoft system upgrades (e.g., PUM updates), patches, and new module implementations
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and training materials
  • Create and modify reports using PeopleSoft reporting tools (e.g., PeopleSoft Query, BI Publisher) to meet business intelligence needs
  • Facilitate data integrity and data clean-up initiatives within the PeopleSoft environment
  • Liaise with Oracle support and third-party vendors for complex technical issues and system enhancements
