Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an HR operations, HRIS administration, or People team support role, ideally in a multi-site or service-based organization
- Hands-on experience managing HRIS platforms (UKG proficiency required) with a strong focus on data integrity
- Experience with payroll processes and working with exempt, non-exempt, and 1099 team members across multiple states and locations
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering accurate, high-quality work
- Excellent communication skills with a service-oriented approach to working with employees and leaders at all levels
- Quick to learn, flexible, solutions-oriented, and agile — thrives in dynamic, fast-moving environments
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- High proficiency in Excel with the ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable answers
Responsibilities
- Manage the accurate and timely entry, updates, and auditing of employee data in UKG (HRIS), including hires, transfers, compensation changes, terminations, and other key lifecycle events
- Own and continuously optimize our onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and consistent experience for both employees and managers
- Partner with HR Business Partners and cross-functional stakeholders to process and track job changes, including promotions, location transfers, and pay adjustments
- Consistently deliver accurate and timely payroll processing for exempt, non-exempt, and 1099 team members—including audits, reconciliations, and troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and data integrity standards across all systems and processes
- Respond to employee and manager inquiries with empathy and efficiency, serving as a trusted point of contact for HR systems and process-related support
- Assist with data reporting and analysis related to headcount, turnover, and other key HR metrics to inform decision-making and track progress
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and IT to support process improvements, systems integrations, and company-wide initiatives that enhance the employee experience and business outcomes
