Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations, data analysis, or related role.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS, ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday), and reporting tools.
- Experience analyzing data, identifying trends, and presenting insights.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee HR-related ticket resolution, ensuring timely responses to field related issues.
- Manage ticket escalations and case tracking, partnering with Market People Partners and the Employee Service Center.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify trends in HR service issues and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure accurate administration of severance agreements, job creations, and position management updates.
- Conducts HRIS audits and reconciliations to maintain data integrity.
- Provide guidance on HR operational procedures to ensure alignment with company policies and compliance standards.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights to people partners and senior leaders.
- Track key performance indicators related to HR service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline HR operations and reporting.
- Partner with key stakeholders to enhance self-service capabilities and automation tool.
- Work closely with People partners and the Employee Service Center to align HR processes with business needs.
- Support training initiatives related to HR systems, reporting tools, and process improvements for field people teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a shared services or HR operations
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with HR compliance and employment laws.
- Experience in training or supporting field People teams with system processes and reporting.
