Requirements

  • Enrolled in an undergraduate college program and currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
  • Available to work up to 40 hours per week during the summer term.
  • Based in Austin, TX, with the ability to come into the office once a week (Wednesdays).

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of core People initiatives, including onboarding, internal communications, talent acquisition, and learning & development.
  • Support the organization and maintenance of People-related documentation, processes, and tools.
  • Assist with L&D initiatives by helping coordinate content, upload learning resources, and support rollout planning.
  • Help brainstorm and plan internal campaigns to boost employee engagement and adoption of new People programs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to gather feedback and ensure alignment on key People priorities.
  • Gain hands-on experience in data organization, project coordination, and strategic thinking within a high-growth company.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable handling and organizing data or documentation
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Curious mindset and willingness to learn across multiple areas of People Ops
  • A collaborative, team-first attitude and a proactive work style
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a natural enthusiasm for helping others feel included and valued
  • Bonus: Familiarity with HRIS systems, LinkedIn Learning, or basic project management tools
