Responsibilities
- Be a People Ops champion. Shape and support initiatives that align with business goals, improve processes, and strengthen our culture.
- Support employees and managers. Provide guidance and work cross-functionally to ensure people programs meet business needs and foster a culture of trust.
- Drive people programs. Design and execute initiatives focused on talent development, engagement, and performance within EPD.
- Guide teams through change. Develop communications and resources that help leaders navigate organizational shifts and new policies.
- Grow talent. Support learning and development programs that empower employees and managers to reach their full potential.
- Elevate performance. Assist with performance reviews, engagement surveys, and action planning to continuously improve how we work together.
