Responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of cross-functional initiatives that fall outside existing teams, defining scope, and executing effectively.
  • Enhancing the CEO’s and office productivity by streamlining time, information, and decision-making processes.
  • Supporting the CEO in meetings by tracking follow-ups and project-managing deliverables.
  • Own the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees.
  • Manage employee data and input new hires into Rippling, ensuring accuracy in compensation and equity allocations.
  • Oversee systems access management, granting and revoking permissions as needed.
  • Serve as the go-to for HR-related needs, ensuring compliance and maintaining employee records.
  • Automate and optimize workflows and paperwork, making processes more efficient.
  • Educate employees on benefits, ensuring they understand their options and maximizing their value.
  • Improve and manage office operations, including ordering supplies and enhancing the in-office experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with working at an early age start-up
  • You have experience with HR systems (Rippling, BambooHR, or similar) and understand compensation and equity structures.
  • Familiarity with Notion, Calendar applications, and various scheduling/organization tools
