Requirements
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- 3+ years Human Resource experience
- Previous plant experience preferred
- Strong MS Office Skills, advanced Excel skills
- Customer Service and/or Customer Experience experience
- Ability to analyze data
Responsibilities
- Review and co-ordinate activities to respond to requests
- Communicate progress to clients and schedule meetings as appropriate
- Ensure service quality is delivered
- Write documentation and follow up on down-stream processes
- Manage the filing and storage of documentation
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and legal requirements
- Initiate and follow up on activities as required by third-party vendors
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data
- Produce and analyze reports as required
- Recommend and take action on opportunities for continuous improvement
- Responsible for ongoing onboarding, local learning delivery, time & attendance, local query resolution, and hourly recruitment
- Provide HR advice and guidance in relation to their BU
- Support documentation and implement local/country specific policies
- Identify service issues, propose improvements, and support implementing changes
- Support the delivery of projects and initiatives within their country/BU
- Responsible for Employee Relations support
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree preferred
