Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience in relevant discipline
- Demonstrated experience, previous HR experience interacting with senior stakeholders and business leaders in a multinational company environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations/performance management matters and organisational change and development
- Strong facilitation, consulting, relationship building, influence, negotiation and project management skills
- Capability to interact with individuals at all levels within the organization
- Exercise independent judgement with strong attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Support local execution of global strategies and processes
- Support recruitment activity for the business
- Support implementation of new People & Culture operating model and upskilling the business
- Provides guidance and direction in People and Culture and associated business topics
- Guide employees & managers through the performance process
- Manage & coordinate employee separation & absence with PS for administrative tasks
- Provide support to contingent & non-employee resources
- Proactively encourage all line managers and employees to utilize Employee Self Service / Manager Self Service
- Promote continuous improvement through feedback loops and process improvement ideas
- Organization Management – Support large organization changes with People Business Partners
- Management of the Occupational Health process
- Support onsite ARG initiatives – Wellness Team
- Support Monthly onboarding training of new associates
- Support the launch of the new EMEA onboarding programme
- Key point of contact for the sites T&A system (TMS)
- Coach people leaders regularly on best practice approaches to people management procedures
- Support associates with any workplace grievances or queries
- Get involved regularly in local, regional and EMEA based HR projects
- Generate and publish weekly, monthly and quarterly HR KPI reports for SLT
- Work with people leaders on talent management and succession planning
- Support Employee Relations cases, review case file, witness statements, draft WRC submissions with our solicitor
