Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience within Human Resources

Responsibilities
- Support the Technology and Operations People & Culture team by providing project coordination and assisting in the implementation of corporate programs, talent management, compensation planning, employee development, succession planning, performance management, change management initiatives, etc.
- Provide support on transformational organizational design work
- Manage various reporting related tasks including data reconciliation and position management activities
- Identify opportunities to simplify and streamline processes within the P&C team and across project teams
- Handle routine inquiries, correspondences, and departmental administration for the People & Culture team
- Work with data and metrics, using Excel and Workday
- Effectively collaborate with business partners
- Create presentation decks, charts, graphs, and various materials, as needed
- Apply and communicate company policies
- Develop strong working relationships with all People & Culture COE functions (including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HRIS, Compensation & Benefits) to provide ‘seamless’ support and guidance to the business
