Requirements

  • 4+ years as a People Partner, HR Generalist, or equivalent role with exposure across multiple HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law; international HR experience or exposure (especially Ireland or EMEA) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; culturally aware and able to foster inclusive, trust-based environments.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Membership Services leaders to ensure a thoughtful, consistent, and people-centered employee experience across regions.
  • Support the administration of the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Guide and support managers on performance management, employee relations, development, conflict resolution, and other day-to-day people matters.
  • Serve as a trusted resource and point of contact to employees for people-related questions and concerns.
  • Provide boots-on-the-ground support for our international teams, especially in Ireland. This requires quarterly travel to build relationships, ensure alignment, and support onsite needs.
  • Support the globalization of people programs and practices, ensuring they are locally relevant while maintaining consistency with our overall culture and standards.
  • Execute project-based and administrative work across key people programs (e.g., review cycles, eNPS, open enrollment, onboarding/offboarding, leave management).
  • Manages benefits administration, ADA requests, leaves of absence, etc.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to scale HR processes, policies, and compliance globally.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting customer-facing or high-growth teams; customer service, supporting hourly employees, and/or international workforce support is a plus.
  • Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certification is a plus!
