Responsibilities
- Recruiting & hiring for our highest-priority roles, including sourcing top talent, refining our hiring process, and helping our interviewers close exceptional candidates.
- Onboarding new talent to get them up and running quickly and smoothly and ensure everyone at Heron has what they need to succeed.
- Help improve processes/systems that will make Heron an even better place to work, including those related to feedback, performance and development, culture, company-wide communications, retreats/offsites.
