Requirements
- Master’s degree in Advanced Practice (PNP or FNP)
- Current NYS RN and NP licensure
- Board Certification (PNP or FNP)
- BLS Certification through AHA
- Minimum of two years NP experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and triage skills
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive physical examinations
- Administer first aid and immunizations
- Manage chronic conditions
- Provide health education and adolescent pregnancy prevention services
- Coordinate services with students, parents, pediatricians, and community-based providers
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of two years School Based Health or Adolescent Ambulatory Care experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
