Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as an IT Specialist or in the IT field
- Experience with virtualization technologies, including VMware or Hyper-V
- Experience with Cloud computing platforms
- Experience with cybersecurity principles and best practices
- Knowledge of IT systems, software, and tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- HS diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and guidance to platform users during and after force training, exercises, TTP development, or mission rehearsals
- Act as a subject matter expert on IT tools and technologies, offering consultation and advice on best practices
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in IT and training technologies to keep the Persistent Cyber Training Environment (PCTE) platform relevant and cutting-edge
- Analyze training data and feedback to identify platform usage trends, areas for improvement, and successes
- Prepare reports, executive summaries, and PowerPoint presentations on PCTE activities and outcomes for USCYBERCOM senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and training technologies
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Experience in capabilities development
- Knowledge of IT systems, including servers, networks, operating systems, and applications
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or CS preferred
- CompTIA CTT+ or Microsoft Certified Trainer Certification
- DoD 8140 or 8570 IAT Level II Certification
