Responsibilities

  • Phone Support – take inbound calls from our team to assist in help desk related issues.
  • Correspond electronically with other teams to resolve issues and escalate incidents.
  • Learn valuable insight into how the organization works and the impact each TM has on our success or failure as a whole.
  • Leverage our service desk software and asset management platform.
  • Learn advanced skills and take on projects and responsibilities to further your career.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience.
  • Associates degree in Networking or CIS.
  • Experienced with software applications and their general use.
  • General understanding of test design and testing methodologies.
