Responsibilities
- Phone Support – take inbound calls from our team to assist in help desk related issues.
- Correspond electronically with other teams to resolve issues and escalate incidents.
- Learn valuable insight into how the organization works and the impact each TM has on our success or failure as a whole.
- Leverage our service desk software and asset management platform.
- Learn advanced skills and take on projects and responsibilities to further your career.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Associates degree in Networking or CIS.
- Experienced with software applications and their general use.
- General understanding of test design and testing methodologies.
