Requirements
- Graduating Juniors, Seniors, and Recent Graduates (within 24 months of graduation)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (documentation required within 3 days of hire)
- For the unpaid track, interns must be actively enrolled in a university program and participate through a formal academic internship program that provides college credit.
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations and strategic initiatives within your assigned department.
- Complete and present a capstone project to leadership and peers, demonstrating real impact.
- Participate in company-wide events, team-building sessions, and department immersions.
- Attend the Intern Kickoff Day on Wednesday, May 28, and the Final Presentation Day on Thursday, August 21.
- Collaborate across teams with openness and ownership, staying curious and focused on impact.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ideally, a rising senior or graduating senior in college (Class of 2025 or 2026)
- A recent graduate who completed a bachelor’s degree within the past 24 months
- Students currently enrolled in other graduating years may also be considered, depending on business needs.
