Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or Data Management
- Strong academic performance in areas such as mathematical equations or financial modeling

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll activities, including collating and validating inputs, outputs, and statutory reporting
- Drive process improvements and system implementations to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy
- Ensure compliance with payroll and benefits processes in line with new policies or regulatory changes
- Prepare payroll reports and analysis, supporting finance in audits (internal/external)
- Oversee payroll vendors, ensuring strict adherence to contracts and SLAs
- Liaise with authorities (e.g., social security, tax) to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with HR business partners and HR operations to improve employee experience.
