Requirements
- Solid understanding of basic financial concepts and payment methods
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, conditional formatting)
- Preference for candidates with coding or querying knowledge (e.g., SQL, Python, C#, etc.)
- 5+ years’ related work experience in payment or banking operations or reconciliation required
- BA/BS degree; degree in business-related field of study (Accounting, Business Admin, Economics, or Finance) OR equivalent education and experience leading projects.
Responsibilities
- Identify recurring issues and product gaps, then shape automation and efficiency solutions that drive real operational impact.
- Own high-impact projects from start to finish—manage timelines, track milestones, and keep stakeholders in the loop every step of the way.
- Make data and documentation work smarter by refining SOPs, enhancing reconciliation processes, and ensuring accurate, repeatable workflows.
- Drive strategic improvements by contributing insights and solutions that simplify complex systems and boost key operational metrics.
- Mentor and train team members on tools, processes, and best practices to build a more scalable, high-performing team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Services, Finance, Product, and more to deliver seamless support on multi-team initiatives.
