Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience required as a customer service agent, greeter, or receptionist- preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and attending to the needs of all patients.
• Creating a positive front office patient experience by managing expectations.
• Demonstrating compassion and respect.
• Assisting in the delivery of patient-focused care as a member of the health care team.
• Demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
