Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passion for helping others & working in healthcare
- Comfortable working around blood & needles
- Flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Physically capable of standing for long shifts (12+ hours)
- Willingness to work across multiple clinics if needed
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatments for up to four patients at a time
- Monitor patient vitals, set up dialysis machines, and record observations before, during, and after treatment
- Always improving patient care and teamwork to build the best healthcare community
- Make a lasting impact on patients’ lives
Preferred Qualifications
- Dialysis experience is preferred
- Healthcare experience is a plus! CNA, CMA, Phlebotomy, or Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) experience is beneficial but not required
