Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related Life Sciences discipline. Equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience may be considered.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or operational role, experience working in pharma, biotech, healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide project-based support to the Advocacy Team, assisting with contract management, invoicing, and process flow with external parties.
- Coordinate the charitable grants process for patient advocacy, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Oversee the planning and execution of virtual and in-person advocacy events, including advisory boards and conferences.
- Assist with drafting and refining presentations, policies, and procedures to enhance the impact of advocacy initiatives.
- Support the HCU and RKD Patient Advocacy leads with strategic initiatives, patient community engagement, and advocacy-related projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to navigate multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience managing grants, contracts, and budget-related processes in a regulated environment.
- Experience with Cybergrants platform is a plus.
- Familiarity with patient advocacy, rare disease, and healthcare policy.
