Responsibilities
- Oversees the creation of the monthly schedule and tracks staff lunches
- Covers patient care coordinators shifts as needed within hours of operation when short-staffed
- Utilizes Electronic Medical Record system as needed to verify patient information is kept secure and used appropriately by abiding by HIPAA
- Assists in interviewing, training, and providing feedback for performance reviews of patient care coordinators
- Updates and assists with implementation of Patient Care Coordinator Protocol Manual
- Maintains documentation according to confidentiality standards and policy
- Contributes to agenda and co-leads front office meetings
- Performs clerical duties to ensure efficient operations of the center to include computers, office equipment, copiers, fax, scanner, postage equipment
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in a healthcare or customer service setting
