Requirements

• HS Diploma/GED
• At least 8 years of experience in revenue cycle management
• 3-5 years of people leader experience managing 15 or more direct reports at one time
• Experience leading teams in multiple facilities

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead the patient access team in strategies associated with attaining ongoing client metric, production, financial, and other organization goals through the effective management of resources.
• Develop, recommend, and oversee the implementation and administration of policies and procedures to reduce denials and bad debt, improve cash collections, and customer service.
• Evaluate processes and procedures and coordinate with the management team to ensure efficient patient processing, bed utilization, and adherence to federal and local laws and regulations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to lower costs and improve services and patient satisfaction across the Health System with a goal of delivering the highest degree of quality service possible.
