Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant sales experience in third-party logistics.
- 3+ years of operating or selling cross-border Mexico freight.
- Track record of success in sales, customer service, and the ability to deliver results under pressure.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with other team members to achieve results.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and Google Suite.
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with individual BD Reps, assigned sales groups, and their respective managers to discover, qualify, and close new XB MX business in ATX.
- Serve as the MX leader for your assigned accounts and develop rapport and relationships on the BD floor to establish yourself as a valuable trusted partner.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and ongoing feedback to team members.
- Assist in leading various XB MX training and continuous education initiatives for BD floor.
- Be prepared to maintain and present weekly/monthly/quarterly updates on pipeline, top active customers, growth initiatives, etc.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Build and drive MX KPIs and share responsibility for growth within your assigned accounts.
- Coordinate with Mexico Operations and Implementation Manager to ensure new accounts are set up for success.
- Align with pricing team and BD Reps to set RFP strategies aimed to support departmental growth.
- Travel as needed to educate new and existing customers on the XB MX solutions that Arrive provides.
- Represent Arrive at industry events and conferences.
- Collaborate with Sr. Mexico Operations and Partnerships Manager and Mexico BD Manager on best practices, opportunities, and strategies.
- Support VP of BizDev assigned to Mexico Growth.
