Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in fintech, banking technology, or enterprise SaaS
- Proven track record of building and scaling successful partnership programs
- Experience working with banking infrastructure providers, compliance software vendors, or consulting firms
- Strong understanding of the financial services ecosystem and regulatory landscape
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain C-level relationships
- Experience creating and executing partner enablement programs
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Willingness to be based in San Francisco with travel as needed
Responsibilities
- Design and execute our partnership strategy across banking infrastructure, compliance software, and consulting partners
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing partner organizations
- Create and implement partner enablement programs, including training materials, documentation, and certification processes
- Develop co-marketing initiatives and joint go-to-market strategies with strategic partners
- Structure and negotiate partnership agreements that drive mutual value
- Work closely with our product team to ensure partner integrations are seamless and add meaningful value
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to leverage partnerships for customer acquisition and retention
