Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in fintech, banking technology, or enterprise SaaS
  • Proven track record of building and scaling successful partnership programs
  • Experience working with banking infrastructure providers, compliance software vendors, or consulting firms
  • Strong understanding of the financial services ecosystem and regulatory landscape
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain C-level relationships
  • Experience creating and executing partner enablement programs
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Willingness to be based in San Francisco with travel as needed

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute our partnership strategy across banking infrastructure, compliance software, and consulting partners
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing partner organizations
  • Create and implement partner enablement programs, including training materials, documentation, and certification processes
  • Develop co-marketing initiatives and joint go-to-market strategies with strategic partners
  • Structure and negotiate partnership agreements that drive mutual value
  • Work closely with our product team to ensure partner integrations are seamless and add meaningful value
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to leverage partnerships for customer acquisition and retention
