Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development or similar roles.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling successful partnerships (bonus: in SaaS, AI, or enterprise tech).
  • Strong understanding of enterprise go-to-market motions and how partnerships accelerate them.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and roll up your sleeves to execute.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize potential partners aligned with Hebbia’s strategic goals.
  • Own the full partnership lifecycle: sourcing, pitching, structuring, negotiating, launching, and managing ongoing relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and GTM teams to design partnership models that drive value for customers and differentiate Hebbia.
  • Develop co-selling, co-marketing, and integration strategies with partners.
  • Build scalable processes to evaluate partnership ROI and performance.
  • Serve as the external face of Hebbia in key partnership conversations and events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bonus: experience in consulting, AI, disruptive tech.
