Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in product management, partner management, or a hybrid role in a tech or marketplace environment
- Experience working in the gaming industry
- Strong understanding of product development processes and experience working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills; able to navigate both technical and business conversations
- Strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end partner onboarding experience for our marketplace, ensuring seamless integration and high satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners to identify opportunities that enhance product functionality and market reach
- Develop frameworks and processes to move partners through the partnership lifecycle—from initial engagement to deeper collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations, product, legal) to support partnership activation and ongoing success
- Act as a product manager for the marketplace, gathering requirements, defining features, and prioritizing enhancements based on partner and user needs
- Contribute to the product roadmap and drive execution of partnership-related initiatives and integrations
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, gaps, and new opportunities for the marketplace product
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other internal teams to ensure successful delivery of marketplace features and improvements
- Work closely with the Director of Strategic Partnerships to manage workflows, reporting, and communication across the partnerships program
- Help refine and operationalize the strategic partnerships function, including process development, documentation, and coordination with internal stakeholders
- Monitor KPIs and deliver insights and reports on partnership performance and product impact
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with B2B platforms, APIs, or partner-facing products is a strong plus
- Familiarity with Atlassian and Salesforce is a plus
