Requirements
- Bachelors Degree required
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success roles, preferably in the tech or food service industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and work with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude
- Proficiency in CRM systems and basic data analysis tools
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a streamlined onboarding process for new merchants
- Guide merchants through the setup process, ensuring smooth integration with our robotic delivery system
- Provide training and support to help merchants effectively utilize our platform
- Be ready to wear many hats to build our business and jump in to help when the need arises
- Manage relationships with existing merchants as their primary point of contact
- Monitor merchant satisfaction and engagement, addressing issues promptly
- Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services with current merchants
- Manage reporting to our top merchants
