Requirements
- 10+ years of technical pre-sales experience, with at least 5+ years in roles involving Global Systems Integrators
- Proven technical expertise in networking, security, authentication, and SaaS solutions, with certifications like CISSP or CCNP as a plus
- Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate on large, complex SaaS solution opportunities and engage executive-level stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Educating our Global Systems Integrators on driving digital transformation with Zscaler for their clientele by demonstrating Zscaler use cases, delivering workshops, and guiding Proof of Value (POV) efforts
- Developing solution offers in collaboration with Global Systems Integrators by leveraging your technical expertise, leading cross-functional teams, and helping partners onboard and support new customers
- Serving as a technical advocate for partners within Zscaler by working across sales, engineering, product management, and other teams to drive mutual success
- Supporting enablement and solution development efforts with Global Systems Integrators to create opportunities and close new business
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience navigating complex GSI organizational structures and bringing solution offers to market
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Ability to prioritize cross-functional initiatives that drive strategic impact
