Requirements

  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Expertise with full-cycle recruiting for different functions within an organization in an evolving, dynamic, and fast paced environment
  • Ability to cultivate long-term relationships
  • Experience crafting innovative recruitment strategies for underrepresented groups that deliver results
  • Consistently source & build robust diverse talent pipelines
  • Organizational agility in a fast-paced environment
  • Extremely dynamic; able to attract, engage, and close talent
  • Low ego, high empathy, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams; able to persuade, influence, and build trust at all levels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to inspire change and gain the consensus needed from leaders across the organization
  • Solid understanding of industry trends and best practices and knowledge of different sourcing tools and methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Source, recruit, and hire the absolute best talent for the firm
  • Integrate sourcing strategies and opportunities that will meet the demand for a diverse pipeline of candidates for current and future needs
  • Create a highly effective and memorable candidate experience that will keep talent engaged in pipelines
  • Track and share key recruiting metrics that will be used to optimize processes and forecast hiring
  • Partner with executives to strategize and execute on hiring for their team on a variety of roles
  • Coach hiring managers to provide a best in class candidate experience
  • Support the delivery of hiring team training initiatives to ensure consistent and effective hiring practices across all teams
  • Stay informed about firmwide goals, team and organizational dynamics, and evolving industry trends to better align recruiting strategies with organizational needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Start-up, technology experience is preferred
  • Previous experience with Greenhouse ATS preferred
