Requirements
- 5-7 years of partner marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or DevOps (field marketing experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, event planning, and ABM strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Event planning and management knowledge with a proven track record of successfully executing multifaceted events (both small and large scale)
- Ability to build strong working relationships, lead cross-functional teams, and drive buy-in from sales, product, and marketing leadership
- Self-starter with high autonomy, strong project management skills, and the ability to adapt to change
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret marketing performance data
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools
- Experience in organizing and executing successful events
Responsibilities
- Plan and develop campaigns with partners, partner management, and regional sales teams to engage the partner community with digital content and in-person events
- Assemble partner marketing toolkits including, campaigns in a box, content and design assets, product and training content, and other sales support collateral (typically re-purposing existing content)
- Rely on collaboration with partners to plan and organize joint events, like webinars, seminars, conferences, and trade shows, to ensure a cohesive brand experience
- Team with internal groups, such as partner management, sales, product marketing, and customer success, to ensure a unified approach to partner marketing efforts
- Navigate the fiscal oversight of the budget allocated for partner marketing initiatives, ensuring the efficient use of resources and the maximization of return on investment
- Execute a Partner Marketing plan in coordination with the Partner Management team
- Report on the performance of partner marketing activities, optimizing strategies based on data insights
