Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in partner, channel, or field marketing, with a focus on content creation, lead generation, and go-to-market execution
- Proven success developing and executing marketing strategies with technology or strategic partners
- Strong grasp of sales and marketing tech stacks, including CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Strategic thinker with executive presence and the ability to clearly communicate partner value and vision
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail; adept at cross-functional collaboration
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating compelling marketing content
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to inform strategy and measure performance
- Experience managing budgets and prioritizing initiatives for maximum impact
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to understand Billd’s ideal customer profile, key personas, and customer journey—and use those insights to shape impactful partner marketing strategies
- Develop and execute marketing programs to, with, and through Billd’s partners to drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue
- Create quarterly partner marketing plans with strategic partners, aligning efforts with Billd’s business goals and ensuring clear, measurable outcomes
- Launch integrated campaigns with partners, including lead-sharing programs, co-branded content, and joint demand generation initiatives
- Plan and manage co-marketing events—such as webinars, trade shows, and regional field events—that elevate partner visibility and support pipeline growth
- Collaborate with Sales, SDR, and Marketing Operations to activate channel opportunities and align on lead management and conversion strategies
- Lead the development of partner communications, including newsletters and partner portal content, to ensure consistent and timely updates across regions
- Produce and adapt sales and marketing assets (e.g., playbooks, datasheets, decks, videos, webinars) tailored to partner audiences
- Track and report on KPIs, ROI, and spend across all partner marketing activities, using insights to optimize future programs
- Engage with industry and channel associations to strengthen brand awareness and deepen ecosystem relationships
- Support the full partner lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to co-marketing and ongoing engagement
