Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, or partner engineering, with direct experience building and maintaining third-party integrations in production.
- Highly technical background with strong expertise in API architecture, system integrations, and enterprise technology ecosystems.
- Experienced in managing long-term partnerships, with a deep understanding of how to grow relationships.
- Excellent at communication and engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Capable of leading technical discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to take ownership of technical projects, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
- Willingness to work in-person at our NYC headquarters 4-5 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Own key partner relationships, ensuring technical alignment and successful integrations of EliseAI’s solutions.
- Design, build, and maintain robust, secure, and scalable integrations between EliseAI and external platforms.
- Foster long-term partnerships by building trust and understanding the evolving needs of each partner.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including GTM, Product and Engineering to ensure seamless technical integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
- Lead the design, implementation, and oversight of technical integrations between EliseAI’s platform and partner systems, ensuring high performance.
- Work closely with partner CTOs, product managers, and engineering teams to share technical roadmaps, guide integrations, and define strategies for technical success.
- Lead technical discussions with partners to demonstrate how EliseAI’s platform can provide value and meet technical requirements.
- Regularly engage with partners to identify opportunities for deepening collaboration, expanding offerings, and driving mutual success.
- Conduct regular reviews of partnership performance, analyzing data to report on progress and identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow existing partnerships and maximize their impact on the business.
