Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of field sales experience in database areas, cloud (IaaS), PasS, and SaaS industries, industry experience and/or relationships in manufacturing is preferred.
- Experience building strong partner ecosystems and owning GTM motions – the ability to develop joint value messaging, joint sales strategies & execute field sales co-sell programs.
- Experience managing sales opportunities in a dynamic and highly matrixed environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to multiple audiences including leadership and C-suite teams.
- Proven self-starter with a high degree of initiative, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and bring in and provide resources and ideas to achieve a broader organizational goal.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute strategic GTM plans focused on acquiring new Manufacturing product partners to build out a rich ecosystem of solutions for the Snowflake AI Manufacturing Data Cloud.
- Develop and manage a portfolio of high-performing partners.
- Engage with current customers and to drive adoption of Manufacturing products.
- Report, track and attribute all partner business activity and work cross-functionally with Sales, Industry GTM, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to ensure alignment.
- Build relationships with Snowflake’s sales teams and sales leadership, serving as the primary point of contact and escalation point for joint sales with our Manufacturing ecosystem.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry experience and/or relationships in manufacturing is preferred.
