Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, partnership management, or a related role in the AI/ML industry.
- Strong understanding of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and related technologies, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Proven ability to deliver results by aligning internal and partner stakeholders across all levels—from C-level executives to individual contributors (ICs)—in sales, marketing, and product teams to achieve partnership goals.
- In-depth understanding of customer needs and priorities within enterprise AI/ML leadership.
- Expertise in building and maintaining impactful relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience driving GTM initiatives and achieving measurable outcomes.
- Familiarity with LLMs, data science products, and technical product marketing. Comfortable facilitating discussions with product and sales engineering teams from Snowflake and its partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing partnerships is welcomed but not mandatory.
