Requirements
- 5-6 years of experience in project/program management working with Engineering, Product, and Analytics teams in a technology company.
- Experience working with external partners or clients
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of successful project delivery
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including senior stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and motivate others
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a technical or related field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent job experience.
Responsibilities
- Be the leader in helping Credit Card, Personal Loan partners adopt and implement Credit Karma’s Easy Apply technology
- Create and manage complex projects, leveraging project and program management methodologies to define tasks, specify deliverables, identify and manage dependencies, proactively assess and mitigate risks, and effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
- Be the bridge between business development and engineering teams and drive prioritization across partner concierge support
- Identify improvement opportunities for onboarding processes that involve multiple teams
- Create a fresh approach to our onboarding and partner concierge support processes
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to foster a culture of collaboration and communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- You have start up or small company experience, or success working in similar low structure environments.
- You have worked in consumer finance or have an interest in Credit Cards, Personal Loans.
- You have a track record of delivering projects involving 3 or more teams and multiple individuals from conception to launch.
- You are experienced with Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and scaled Agile principles and practices.
- You’re comfortable advocating for unique solutions that drive improvements, rather than assuming the status quo.
- You have the ability to understand your audience and tailor your communication accordingly.
