Requirements
- 12+ years of field enterprise sales, channel development, or partner management in healthcare and life sciences.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Deep strategic advisor and executive relationship management experience driving sales with partners in commercial businesses.
- Proven success in building and leading ISV partnerships driving market growth, platform adoption, and revenue growth through joint GTM.
- Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership, think strategically, and influence cross-functionally.
- Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) with a demonstrated ability to articulate a value proposition to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experienced strategic problem solver, capable of articulating considerations in technical and business decisions.
- Comfortable working in a rapidly evolving environment which is often complex and ambiguous!
- Necessary travel for managing the business.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted-advisor relationship to C-suite leaders of ISV partners to achieve strategic alignment and drive growth.
- Drive adoption of NVIDIA AI platform (including tools, libraries, and SDKs) and services.
- Cross-functionally lead partner enablement and engagement across NVIDIA business development, sales, marketing, product, research, and solution architecture teams to bring the best of NVIDIA to help partners scale.
- Be responsible for your partners’ performance with NVIDIA and accountable for keeping a regular rhythm of connection with executive, development, research, engineering and sales teams.
- Develop go-to-market and co-selling strategies with partners that outline activities and expectations to drive NVIDIA and partner sales goals.
- Need to have experience with SFDC, good pipeline hygiene, and drive and operationalize pipelines through SFDC.
- Measure and manage partner success against metrics to increase a great outcome for everyone results and strategic partner investments. Document and present partner metrics in quarterly business reviews.
- Champion ISV needs and perspectives within NVIDIA and driving both sell-in and GTM initiatives.
- Some travel will be required to engage with partners and attend industry events.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of data science, AI, Gen AI, and accelerated compute.
- A strong passion for understanding new technologies and adept at conveying their value to business executives and software development leaders.
- Technical degree or equivalent experience in AI/ML.
- Demonstrated ability to sell and work in a matrix-managed team culture.
- Self-sufficient and autonomous, with a high attention to detail.
