Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruitment (full process) at various levels (administrative, technical, professional, supervisory/managerial).
- Certificate or Bachelor’s degree in administration, human resources, industrial relations or relevant field
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with client groups, external vendors, schools and candidates.
- Ability to deliver and achieve results in a dynamic, fast-paced and changing environment.
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and strong ability to prioritize in an environment with competing demands.
- Skilled and keen interest in optimizing processes and creating innovative solutions.
- Demonstrated a good level of autonomy and initiative on a daily basis.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to influence others.
- Good knowledge of Google Suite, Workday (asset).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) and managers to define job requirements, skills and selection criteria in order to determine the best recruitment strategies;
- Provide quality customer service and develop an understanding and mastery of organizational needs in order to achieve workforce objectives;
- Coach and support the managers on processes and best practices;
- Use your expertise to attract, source and hire candidates and stay on top of the candidate aerospace market industry;
- Ensure integrity, compliance and adherence to recruitment processes;
- Prepare job offers in collaboration with HR team members in order to present offers to candidates;
- Support the Group’s mobility initiatives by collaborating with mobility experts and HRBPs;
- Act as an Airbus ambassador by participating in job marketing and recruitment events; and
- Contribute to process improvement and support the team according to operational needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Good knowledge of Workday (asset).
