Requirements
- Master’s degree or terminal degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or closely related discipline required; Ph.D. Preferred.
- Three plus (3+) years of hands-on experience in the construction industry including current practices, trends, regulations, and laws required.
- Two plus (2+) years of faculty teaching experience in higher education required.
- Experience teaching online required.
Responsibilities
- Provide substantive, timely feedback to students on various assessment activities.
- Maintain a positive, safe, inclusive student-centric learning environment.
- Complete required tasks on deadlines (e.g., final grades, assessment, grading rubrics, input for grade appeals, etc.)
- Maintain appropriate professional training and/or scholarly activities, when applicable.
- Provide feedback to the course lead regarding the course content.
- Identify at-risk students and collaborate with student services.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in curriculum development preferred.
