Requirements

- Has prior experience in a front facing guest role
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all arriving guests at parking entrance while providing courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic parking services
- Regulate the movement and flow of vehicles to avoid traffic congestion and delays
- Serve as a property ambassador by providing accurate information on hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests
- Report all alleged thefts or missing items to the supervisor and/or hotel security for further investigation
