Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Personal experience as a parent or family member involved in the Child Welfare system
• A closed case with demonstrated family stability

Responsibilities

• Support parents and caregivers working to reintegrate their children into their homes
• Visit families in their homes to teach parenting skills, offer support, and help them complete case plan tasks
• Connect families to valuable community resources
• Collaborate with Permanency Case Teams to help families meet their goals

• Compassionate and driven to help families build healthy, long-lasting relationships
• Excited to connect families with resources to support their growth and stability
• Dedicated to empowering parents and caregivers to create stronger, healthier families
