Paranoids Senior Engineering Manager

B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
3 plus years of experience managing high-performing engineering teams
Multi-year expertise in public cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, etc.)
A results-driven mindset focused on execution and capable of working through ambiguity.
Experience managing multiple concurrent programs, projects, and development teams in an agile environment.

Set quarterly goals and well-defined KPIs to measure team progress and success.
Drive engineering & operational excellence through data-driven processes and methodologies.
Recruit top talent, mentor, and develop growth plans for the team members.
Develop trusted partnerships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive optimal business outcomes.
