Requirements
- BS in EE or associated engineering field
- 3.0 GPA or greater
- Experience with parametric tester systems (Keysight/Agilent, Keithly, Reedholm)
- Experience working in a team environment and managing multiple tasks
- Experience coding
- understanding of basic parametric tests eg: Vt, Isat, Vbd, Tox
Responsibilities
- work with a Unix/Linux based operating system
- work with PT hardware including Agilent 4062/4082 testers and TEL P8XL/Accretech AP3000e probers
- Developing test and utilities code in RMB, Perl, korn shell for Keysight/Agilent testers
- understanding of Si test parameters and their relationship to test code
- determine if issues are test hardware, code, or wafer dependent
- work in a cleanroom environment to debug code
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Keysight/Agilent parametric testers
- Experience with LINUX/UNIX
